PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing method that uses a small amount of pH adjuster (particularly a pH adjuster for lowering a pH value) for nutriculture.SOLUTION: A method of raising a plant by nutriculture includes (1) a step of supplying a plant with a culture solution, as base fertilizer, which contains at least (a) a nitrogen component containing ammoniacal nitrogen, (b) a phosphor component, and (c) a potassium component, and which is set to a pH ranging from 5.0 to 7.0 and an electrical conductivity (25°C) ranging from 0.5 to 5.0 mS/cm, and (2) a step of measuring the pH and the electrical conductivity of the culture solution, and implementing a predetermined fertilizing method according to the measurements.
