To provide a doctor with required examination data while achieving efficiency and labor saving of medical care.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an ophthalmologic information processing system processes information that was obtained in ophthalmologic medical care. A storage unit stores examination data acquired in the past for each patient. A reception unit receives a new medical care type that represents a type of medical care action newly performed on the patient, new examination data acquired by the medical care action, and a patient identifier given to the patient. An examination data acquisition unit acquires the past examination data for the patient of the same type as the new examination data from the storage unit on the basis of the received new inspection medical care type and the patient identifier.
