The present invention relates to a healthcare medical reservation system using a communications network such as the Internet which performs an automatic reservation on the basis of a medical record of a patient before visiting a hospital, and guides a medical treatment when the patient visits the hospital, and to a healthcare medical reservation method. The healthcare medical reservation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) analyzing, by a management server, a medical treatment DB of a patient by receiving the same from a hospital server before the patient visits a hospital (b) performing a reservation for a medical treatment in the hospital server on the basis of a medical treatment result analyzed by the management server, or directly performing, by the patient, the reservation for the medical treatment through the hospital server and (c) receiving location information on the patient when the patient visits the hospital after the reservation for the medical treatment, and sensing an arrival of the patient to provide a terminal of the patient with a medical treatment guidance. According to the present invention, a health condition of a patient can be checked frequently through a management server, and the patient is informed that the patient is a subject who is to take a medical treatment so the patient can maintain a good health.
