SOLUTION: The method for sterilizing or inactivating a spore bacterium includes heating ozone nanobubble water having fine foams containing ozone with foam particle diameters of 50-500 nm to &ge35°C and bringing the ozone nanobubble water into contact with the spore bacterium.
