PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent for detachment prevention which prevents detachment of a stent inserted into a lumen and an apparatus and a method for producing the stent.SOLUTION: A stent for detachment prevention includes a hollow cylindrical body part formed by binding with metal wire, a first engagement part protruding outward from the body part, and a second engagement part separated from the first engagement part in the longitudinal direction of the body part, and the second engagement part is formed so as to be symmetric to the first engagement part with the longitudinal direction and the vertical surface of the body part as the center of symmetry. The first and second engagement parts are formed mutually symmetrically outside the body part of the stent, and thereby they can keep the position of a stent so as not to be detached in one or the other direction after insertion of the stent into a lumen.【課題】内腔に挿入されたステントの離脱を防ぐ離脱防止用ステント、ステント製造装置及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】金属ワイヤーが絡げられて形成される中空の筒状胴体部と、前記胴体部の外側に突設された第１の係止部と、前記第１の係止部から前記胴体部の長手方向に離れる第２の係止部と、を備え、前記第２の係止部は、前記胴体部の長手方向と垂直面を中心として前記第１の係止部と対称になるように形成されたことを特徴とする離脱防止用ステント。本発明によれば、ステントの胴体部の外側に第１の係止部及び第２の係止部が互いに対称状に形成されることにより、ステントが内腔に挿入された後に一方向または他方向に離脱されないようにステントの位置を維持することができるという効果がある。【選択図】図５
