PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for digestive tract that realizes reversible length adjustment of a cylindrical part after placement in a living body.SOLUTION: A device for digestive tract includes: a cylindrical part 110 that includes a through-hole 111 a placing part that is provided on a base end side of the cylindrical part and holds the cylindrical part in a living body and a length adjusting part 200 that adjusts length of the cylindrical part.
