The present invention, which is configured as described above, enables fully automatic extraction of coffee having the same quality as that of espresso extracted by baristas manually. The present extraction device can be used in combination with various types of expresso extractors and therefore can be used as the main device of various types of fully automatic espresso extractors manufactured to be used in factories, coffee shops, restaurants, homes, and offices, thereby enabling anyone to use the same conveniently and extract high-quality coffee.
