The present invention provides a complex porous ceramic flower pot which is made of a material capable of absorbing and holding a certain amount of water, and which prevents excess moisture or a part of soil from being discharged to the outside when water is supplied and prevents plants from withering even if water is not supplied for a while. The complex porous ceramic flower pot comprises: 2 to 12 wt% of organic fiber； 5 to 65 wt% of a light-weight aggregate； 30 to 80 wt% of a calcium sulphate-based inorganic bonding agent； 0.1 to 3 wt% of a viscosity agent； and 0.1 to 2 wt% of a surfactant.본 발명은 일정량의 물을 흡수/보유 가능한 재질로 구성되어 물을 공급할 때 과잉 수분이 밖으로 배출되거나 토양 중 일부가 밖으로 유출되는 것을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 한동안 물을 공급하지 않아도 식물이 고사되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 복합 다공성 세라믹 화분을 제공한다.
