PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip type green tea extract tool which can make green tea by using hot water, instead of using a teapot.SOLUTION: A green tea extract tool comprises: a funnel-shaped tool body a filter and extract regulation means for forcibly regulating extract on the tool body and/or filter. For example, plural loopholes 29 for hot water are formed with intervals, on a side surface of the filter 19. The loopholes 29 are sufficiently larger than pores of the paper filter 19 but through which tea leaves T cannot pass. The tea extract liquid is discharged from the loopholes 29 to outside of the filter in priority, so that the loopholes 29 performs rate-determining of extract. By adjusting size and number increase and number reduction of the loopholes 29, a steaming function required to the filter can be sufficiently achieved and extract time can be adjusted subtly, so that flavor unique to the green tea, and in addition, bitter taste and sweetness can be extracted with well balance.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】急須に代わり、緑茶を美味しく淹れられるドリップ型の緑茶抽出用具の提供。【解決手段】漏斗状の用具本体と、フィルターを具備する緑茶抽出用具において、用具本体及び/またはフィルターに、抽出を強制的に規制する抽出規制手段を設ける。例えば、フィルター19の側面に湯の抜け穴29を複数間隔をあけて形成する。抜け穴29は、茶葉Tは通り抜けられないが、ペーパーフィルター19の細孔よりも十分に大きい。茶抽出液がその抜け穴29からフィルター外に優先的に抜け出すので、抜け穴29が抽出を律速するものとなっており、抜け穴29の大小及び数の増減の設計を調整することで、フィルターに要求される蒸らし機能を十分に果たしながら、抽出時間を微妙に短く調整でき、緑茶特有の風味、さらには苦味と甘味をバランス良く引き出すことができる。【選択図】 図4
