PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide creatine with good water dispersibility and to provide it in a dosage form which has been difficult to provide by the prior art, that is, in the form of a beverage and a powdered beverage, so that it can be used as a supplement. Provided is a highly convenient water-dispersible creatine-containing powdery composition and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A creatine-containing water-dispersible powdery composition containing 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an emulsifier with respect to 100 parts by mass of creatine, and a part or all of the surface of creatine is coated with the emulsifier.
