The present invention relates to a porous orally disintegrating film which has a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a plasticizer and a pharmacologically active ingredient, and a manufacturing method thereof. A porous orally disintegrating film according to the present invention remarkably improves the drug dissolution rate by making fine pores inside the film while having physical characteristics suitable for a film. Also, the porous orally disintegrating film has the superior productivity since the film can be easily manufactured with lost costs and simplified manufacturing method.본 발명은 기포 형성제, 기포 안정화제, 가소제 및 약리학적 활성성분을 포함하는 다공성 구강붕해 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다공성 구강붕해필름은 필름에 적합한 물성을 가짐과 동시에 필름 내에 미세 기공을 가짐으로써 약물의 용출률이 현저하게 개선되는 효과가 있으며, 저비용 및 단순화된 제조방법으로도 쉽게 제조할 수 있어 공정상의 우수성이 있다.
