PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration sample with which a light absorption characteristic of unstable hemoglobin with an oxygen saturation of more than 0% and less than 100% is measured for calibration.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a calibration sample which includes: a first transparent container chamber in which is filled first hemoglobin with a first oxygen saturation in a predetermined concentration and a second transparent container chamber in which is filled second hemoglobin with a second oxygen saturation in the predetermined concentration, and which is configured such that light enters one of the first transparent container chamber and the second transparent container chamber, then passes through the first hemoglobin and the second hemoglobin, and exits therefrom.
