A vestibule system according to the present invention comprises: an artificial semicircular canal artificial lymph filled in the artificial semicircular canal an artificial cilia means for sensing a movement of the artificial lymph in the artificial semicircular canal a signal conversion unit for converting a signal generated from the artificial cilia means into a living body stimulation signal a living body stimulation pulse generating unit for transferring the living body stimulation signal converted by the signal conversion unit to an expansion unit and a power supply unit for supplying power to each component. The artificial cilia means can be operated in: a pressure sensitive type for sensing a pressure according to a flow of the artificial lymph or a speed sensitive type for sensing a flow rate according to a flow of the artificial lymph. The artificial cilia means of a pressure sensitive type can use a flex sensor method using a bending device, a piezo sensor method using a piezo device, and an FSR sensor method using a polymer film. The artificial cilia means of a speed sensitive type includes a rotating blade rotated according to a movement of the lymph, and a speed measuring instrument for measuring a rotation speed of the rotating blade. The speed measuring instrument may consist of a hall sensor or an optical encoder.
