PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furrowing and mulching device whereby seed tubers of yams are planted in opening grooves of deep plowed furrows, thereafter, the vicinity of the seed tubers are assuredly covered by soil, and at the same time ridges are formed by compressing and packing the soil on the surface of round ridges, mulching is performed by attaching a mulching film such that the ridge shape does not collapse, and so air gaps do not form between the ridge and the film, and weeds do not grow.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a furrowing and mulching device for yams and the like where the furrowing device is connected to a rear portion of a tractor so as to cover the planted seed tubers with soil to form round ridges while at the same time placing mulching film thereon, characterized by a semi-circular round-ridge forming plate inclined and tapered towards the back from the base end to form a funnel shape and compressing and packing the surface of the formed ridge. The furrowing and mulching device for yams and the like is provided with a placing stand for placing a weight on the upper part of the round ridge forming plate, and an adjusting means for changing the height of the top of the ridge by a semi-circular cross-section shape formed by a circular shaped molded plate with an elastic steel plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は長芋の種芋を深耕畝の開口溝に植え付けした後に、種芋の周辺に確実に土寄せをし、同時に丸畝の表面を圧縮鎮圧した畝を成形してマルチフイルムを密着してマルチングして畝形状が型崩れせず、また畝とフイルムの隙間に空気だまりが発生して雑草が生えることのない畝立てマルチングをすることにある。【解決手段】本発明は上記課題を解決するために、トラクタの後部に連結して、植え付けした種芋に対し覆土して丸畝を成形すると同時にマルチフイルムを施設する畝立て装置において、丸畝成形板は半丸状で基端から後方に向けて尻しぼみに傾斜して漏斗状をなして、成形畝の表面を圧縮鎮圧することを特徴とした長いも等の畝立てマルチ装置であり、丸畝成形板の上部に錘を乗せる載置台を設けて、かつ、丸型成形板は弾性を有する鋼板で成形され半丸状断面から、畝頂部高さを変更する調整手段を具備した長いも等の畝立てマルチ装置。【選択図】図1
