The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented herbal extract. More specifically, the method comprises the following steps: a first step of preparing a fermentation raw material by drying herb to process the same in a powder form, and then subjecting the same to high temperature sterilization； a second step of inoculating yeast mold into the fermentation raw material in the first step and obtaining a fermented product by fermentation； a third step of pulverizing the fermented product in the second step to obtain a fermented broth by stirring the same with an extraction solvent； and a fourth step of centrifuging the fermented broth in the third step to obtain a fermented extract.
