The tray has a reinforcement cleat placed under a plate. The cleat includes feet (9) separated by arcs (8). The feet are in contact with the plate to allow welding of the feet and the plate by segments with the feet, where distance between the cleat and the plate on the level of the arcs avoids any non-welded contact between the cleat and the plate. The cleat includes an opening placed in regions mechanically stressed for the cleat. The plate includes longitudinal drains emerging on the level of end edges of the plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rectangular draining tray.L'invention a trait à un plateau (1) d'égouttage destiné notamment au chauffage et égouttage lors de la fabrication de fromages, contenant une dalle (2) munie de rigoles (3) et au moins un tasseau (6) de renfort disposés sous la dalle (2), ledit tasseau (6) comportant des pieds (9) séparés par des arcs 8, seuls les pieds (9) entrant en contact avec la dalle (2), de sorte à permettre une soudure par segments au niveau desdits pieds (9), et une distance entre le tasseau (6) et la dalle (2) au niveau des arcs 8, de sorte à éviter tout contact non soudé entre le tasseau (6) et la dalle (2).
