The present invention relates to Bacillus licheniformis SCK A08 strains (KCCM 11450P) having an antimicrobial activity against harmful microorganisms in paste products and a biogenic amine decomposition activity, an antimicrobial microbial agent against the harmful microorganisms in the paste products including the strains or the culture medium of the strains as an active ingredient, a method for preparing the antimicrobial microbial agent against the harmful microorganisms in the paste products including a step of culturing the strains, a food product including the strains, and a method for controlling the harmful microorganisms in the paste products including a step of treating the paste products with the strains or the culture medium thereof. The present invention uses the Bacillus licheniformis SCK A08 strains to prepare non-toxic paste products and be utilized in the food industry.본 발명은 장류에서 유해 미생물에 대한 항균 활성 및 바이오제닉 아민(biogenic amine) 분해 활성이 있는 바실러스 리케니포미스 SCK A08 균주(KCCM 11450P), 상기 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 장류 유해 미생물에 대한 항균용 미생물 제제, 상기 균주를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 장류 유해 미생물에 대한 항균용 미생물 제제의 제조 방법, 상기 균주를 포함하는 식품 및 상기 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 장류에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 장류 유해 미생물 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 바실러스 리케니포미스 SCK A08 균주를 이용하여 독성이 없는 안전한 장류 식품 생산 효과를 가져올 수 있으므로, 식품산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
