PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical spraying device in a transplanting machine in which the chemical spraying device installed in an upper part of a seedling platform is simply retreated and turned, and the upper part of the seedling platform is opened to thereby facilitate performing the maintenance work, etc., of a seedling loading unit and the spraying device.SOLUTION: A chemical spraying device in a transplanting machine is provided for spraying chemicals toward the matted seedling M, from a spraying device body part 20 provided at a main body support frame 21 supported through a supporting bracket 31 and a strut 22 in the upper part of a seedling platform 9. The left and right struts 22 for supporting the main body support frame 21 sideways are configured so that a support length can be adjusted, and are pivoted in the supporting bracket 31 side using a support shaft 32 as a supporting point in the front/rear turning manner.
