PURPOSE: An anti-frost and a chemical injection apparatus is provided to inject blowing air and a chemical to a large area without rotating a main body by preparing a wind direction control part that is installed at an outlet of the main body to diffuse wind. CONSTITUTION: An inlet and an outlet for air are formed at one side and another side of a main body(300), and a hollow interconnecting the inlet and the outlet is prepared in the main body. A blower part includes a blower fan that blows air to the outlet； and a fan driving motor that drives the blower fan. An injection unit(500) includes an injection nozzle(510) that injects a chemical to the blown air, and a chemical supply part(520) that supplies the chemical to the injection nozzle. A wind direction control part is installed at a side of the outlet of the main body and controls a wind direction of air that is discharged through the outlet. A rotation frame(610) is rotatably supported at the side of the outlet of the main body. Multiple guide portions(630) are extendedly formed inclined at a predetermined angle based on a progressing direction of air to guide a low of the blown air.
