PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a transduction property of a transducer may be affected if a transient response variation for each element is significant.SOLUTION: The transducer comprises: a plurality of elements each including a cell in a structure where a diaphragm including one of a first electrode and a second electrode which are provided while being spaced apart from each other, is supported so as to be vibrated bias wiring for supplying a bias voltage to the first electrode for providing a potential difference between the first and second electrodes and for electrically connecting the first electrodes in the plurality of elements and signal wiring which is connected for the unit of the plurality of elements. The bias wiring includes: a plurality of branch wires to which the first electrodes in partial elements among the plurality of elements are connected, respectively a plurality of first common wires connecting the branch wires with each other and a second common wire connecting the first common wires with each other.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 エレメント毎の過渡応答ばらつきが大きいとトランスデューサの変換特性に影響がある。
