PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer which reduces influences, upon a conversion property, caused by the variation of a transient response for each element.SOLUTION: The transducer includes: a plurality of elements 101 each including a cell in a structure where a vibration film including one of a first electrode and a second electrode which are provided while interposing an interval therebetween, is supported so as to be vibrated bias wiring 103 for supplying a bias voltage to the first electrode in order to provide a potential difference between the first and second electrodes and electrically connecting the first electrodes of the plurality of elements with each other and signal wiring 104 which is connected for each of the plurality of elements. The bias wiring includes: at least two branch wiring to which the first electrodes of partial elements among the plurality of elements are connected respectively and at least two first common wiring connecting the branch wiring with each other, and the plurality of elements are connected to the two branch wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
