PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide apparatus which easily rotates the tip of a soft part without the need for a large motion or force.SOLUTION: A guide apparatus 1 comprises: an elongated flexible soft part 3 with a curvable curved part 2 at a tip thereof a flexible channel tube 6 arranged along a longitudinal direction inside the soft part 3 an operation part 5 disposed at the proximal end of the soft part 3 and for manually operating the curved part 2 curvably and a rotary part 4 disposed midway in the longitudinal direction of the soft part 3. The soft part 3 has a first section 31 in a distal end side and a second section 32 in a proximal end side.
