The present invention provides a method for producing coffee waste artificial solid soil by using a plasma scheme. The method comprises the steps of: (a) producing a coffee waste decomposed material by adding microorganisms to coffee waste to be decomposed (b) producing a raw ingredient mixture by mixing the coffee waste decomposed material and side ingredients (c) producing solid soil by heating and molding the raw ingredient mixture and (d) producing solid soil from which an oil film is removed by treating the solid soil by plasma. According to the method of the present invention, solid soil including coffee waste and side ingredients is treated by plasma, and an oil film of the solid soil is removed. Thus, moisture content is increased, and adhesion between ingredients can be reinforced.
