The present invention relates to a method for producing a plasma-derived hepatitis B human immunoglobulin formulation. More specifically, the method comprises: dialyzing and concentrating a plasma protein fraction II containing hepatitis B human immunoglobulin； and removing blood clot generating materials and in-process impurities through an anion exchange resin and cation exchange resin refining scheme. When the method for producing a plasma-derived hepatitis B human immunoglobulin formulation according to the present invention is used, an effect in removing impurities and blood clot generating materials can be improved, and a polymer content can be maintained.
