PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation capable of suppressing foaming when preparing a solution containing high-concentration soluble thrombomodulin by dissolving a freeze-dried preparation containing the soluble thrombomodulin.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a freeze-dried preparation containing the soluble thrombomodulin or a preparation formed by combining the freeze-dried preparation with aqueous solution for dissolution thereof which is used for preparing a high-concentration solution containing &ge；10 mg/mL freeze-dried preparation, namely, such a preparation that (a) a nonionic surfactant, benzyl alcohol or chlorobutanol exists in the freeze-dried preparation or in the aqueous solution for dissolution, or that (b) the inner wall of a container used for dissolving the freeze-dried preparation is coated with silicone, or that (c) a pressure in the container used for dissolving the freeze-dried preparation is in a depressurized state.【課題】可溶性トロンボモジュリン含有凍結乾燥製剤を溶解して可溶性トロンボモジュリン高濃度含有溶液を調製するに際しての起泡が抑制された製剤を提供する。【解決手段】可溶性トロンボモジュリン含有凍結乾燥製剤、または該凍結乾燥製剤とその溶解用水溶液とを組み合わせた製剤であって、該凍結乾燥製剤が１０ｍｇ／ｍＬ以上の高濃度溶液を調製するためのものであって、（ａ）該凍結乾燥製剤中又は該溶解用水溶液中に非イオン性界面活性剤、ベンジルアルコール、又はクロロブタノールが存在しているか、（ｂ）該凍結乾燥製剤を溶解する際の容器の内壁がシリコーンでコーティングされているか、または（ｃ）該凍結乾燥製剤を溶解する際の容器内圧力が減圧状態である上記製剤。【選択図】なし
