PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding transplanter with a controller enabling seedlings to be planted at proper positions.
SOLUTION: The riding transplanter includes a transmission device to which a power is transmitted from an engine, right and left rear wheels driven by the output from the transmission device, a side clutch for turning on and off the transmission to the rear wheels, a liftable seedling-planting part, a traveling distance-detecting sensor for detecting the traveling distance, and a steering wheel for steering operation, in a traveling car body. The seedling planter also includes an information device for starting the detection of the traveling distance by a traveling distance-detecting sensor when the operated angle of the steering wheel becomes a prescribed value or more, and informing when the traveling distance reaches a set distance.
