PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-emulsifiable color formulation having both convenience of a liquid product and storage stability of a powder product and comprising a monascus color and/or monascus yellow color, specifically, a non-emulsifiable color formulation having excellent dispersibility and solubility in aqueous solvent while notably suppressing change in color tone during its storage and allowing long-term storage.SOLUTION: A non-emulsifiable color formulation is made by mixing a powdery monascus color and/or monascus yellow color with glycerol and/or propylene glycol.
