PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hemopoietin receptor protein and DNA encoding it.SOLUTION: A new hemopoietin receptor gene (hNR10) having a specified base sequence is isolated based on a sequence predicted from conserved motifs isolated from the amino acid sequence of a known hemopoietin receptor. The hNR10 is a novel hemopoietin receptor molecule concerning body's immune regulation and hematopoietic cell regulation, which is useful in search of new hematopoietic factors that can functionally bind to the hemopoietin receptor and in development of therapeutic medicine for immune/hematopoietic system-related diseases.【課題】新規ヒトヘモポエチン受容体蛋白質、それをコードするＤＮＡの提供。【解決手段】既知のヘモポエチン受容体のアミノ酸配列から保存されているモチーフを抽出し、予測した配列をもとに特定の塩基配列を有する新規なヘモポエチン受容体遺伝子（ｈＮＲ１０）を単離する。ｈＮＲ１０は生体免疫調節、造血細胞調節に関与する新規なヘモポエチン受容体分子であり、同受容体と機能結合し得る新規造血性因子の検索や、免疫・造血系関連疾患の治療薬の開発に有用である。【選択図】図２
