The present invention in a preferred embodiment provides system for trapping and shredding of harmful flying insects and methods thereof, wherein the system comprises 1. an attracting system 2. a suction system and 3. a shredding sytem wherein the attracting system further comprises: i. an illuminating source and ii. a source of insect attractant wherein the suction system further comprises: i. a fan and ii. an auto door trap wherein the shredding system further comprises: i. a steel meshed collecting can and ii. a silicon carbide sandpaper at the base.
