PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam separation apparatus capable of a steam separation of treated water from which foam is separated and miniaturizing to make an installation space small.SOLUTION: The foam separation apparatus for separating suspended matter contained in raw water 9 in a water tank 2 is provided with: a foam separation tank 2 to which gas-liquid mixed water containing the foam is supplied and from which foam adsorbing the suspended matter and floated is discharged and a gas-liquid separation tank 30 which communicates with the foam separation tank 20 and into which treated water 66 separated from the foam in the foam separation tank 20 flows in.
