SOLUTION: In a vegetation roller 10 by winding and fixing a bulky sheet- like material 11 composed of a synthetic resin filament material or fiber in a roll shape so as not to be unwound, a vegetation sheet composed of at least one kind selected from a group of nonwoven fabric, a sandbag sheet and a natural fiber sheet and the bulky sheet-like material 11 composed of the synthetic resin filament material or the fiber are wound in a roll shape by superposing these on each other, and are fixed so as not to be unwound.
