The present invention discloses a guiding and positioning system in surgery. The guiding and positioning system in surgery may comprise a global information device, a local information device, and a computing device. The global information device may collect the whole information of the target part before a surgery operation. The local information device may comprise a surgical device and provide the real-time information of an area of the target part, wherein the surgical device may comprise at least one sensor. The computing device may compare the overall information and the real-time information to compute the position where the surgical device locates in the target part.
