PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-and-fat composition for drink, applicable to various usages owing to having excellent water dispersing properties, and especially, improving palate feeling and flavor by mixing with drink.SOLUTION: This oil-and-fat composition for drink includes oil-and-fat, monoglyceride, and polyglyceryl fatty acid ester.
