Drive is made in the form of a reverse reduction motor connected via a resilient coupling with a lead screw, driving the sliding nut and the associated inner cylinder with the first supporting means fixed thereto relative to the outer cylinder, internal cylinder and outer cylinder are made in the form of pipes of rectangular or round section, external cylinder and the second supporting facility are fixed on wheel base, lead screw is fixed in bearings fixed on outer and inner cylinders respectively, on wheel base handle is a switch for lifting and lowering modes of first supporting means, upper and lower limit switches, respectively located in upper and lower parts of external cylinder.
