PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath for introducer having high centering performance that is easily capable of introducing an elongated body into an appropriate position and a sheath for introducer that is appropriately capable of maintaining hemostasis and insertion properties of a valve body.SOLUTION: A sheath 10 for introducer includes an annular member 50 in which a projection part 54 for pressing a valve body 40 placed in an inner space 33 of a hub 30 is formed. The projection part is formed in a curved surface in a direction from a proximal end side toward a distal end side, and is formed to project from a peripheral edge part of the distal end side of the annular member toward the valve body. A curved surface of a wall surface of the annular member forming a through-hole and a curved surface of a wall surface of the proximal end side of the projection part are continuously formed.
