According to this invention, there is a synergistic pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of Mixed Dyslipidemia, Hypercholesterolemia, Hyperhomocysteinemia and Coronary heart disease, that could surpass the limited biochemical effects of Atorvastatin by acting on a variety of related biochemical functions. In its optimal embodiment the composition consists of lOmg Atorvastatin, 1000 I.U.Vitamin D3, 2.5mg Folic acid, 20mg Vitamin B6, 200mcg Vitamin B12, and optionally 75mg Aspirin.
