PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid formulations excellent in the disintegration properties and ingestibility of a formulation, in solid formulations comprising granulation particles having compounded ibuprofen and magnesium oxide.SOLUTION: We found that the disintegration properties can be improved without increasing the size of a formulation when compounding granulated granules having compounded a pharmaceutical active ingredient, a herbal medicine, or a Chinese medicine extract with a solid formulation containing granulated particles having compounded ibuprofen and magnesium oxide.
