The invention relates to a structural arrangement applied to agricultural implements with a system of cutting discs with separator rollers, applied for cutting stubble after harvesting and preparing the soil before planting. The invention makes it possible to cut the stubble of any crop, and to eliminate the clogging of high-volume stubble, making it feasible to plant with furrow openers, enabling more decompacted soil after cutting, with the cut stubble on the surface thereof uniformly cut and spread. L'invention permet de couper la paille d'une culture quelconque et d'éliminer toute obstruction avec de grands volumes de paille, rendant possible la plantation avec des sillonneurs, permettant que le sol, après la coupe, soit plus décompacté, la paille disposée sur sa surface étant coupée et écrasée uniformément.
