[Problem] To provide an adhesive skin patch that is unlikely to unstick from skin. An adhesive skin patch (1) comprising: a supporting base material (2)； an aqueous gel (3) laminated on one surface of the supporting base material (2)； and a peeling film (4) that covers the aqueous gel (3). The supporting base material (2) and the peeling film (4) are joined together along the entire outer circumferential edges thereof. The aqueous gel (3) has a thickness that, in at least one section of a bonded section (5) of the supporting base material (2) and the peeling film (4), gradually decreases towards the bonded section (5).L'invention fournit un patch adhésif qui se décolle difficilement de la peau.
