PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-bird device for an electric wire that comprises anti-bird means on which a bird cannot easily settle and a mechanism which easily rotates when the bird tries to settle on the anti-bird device, and that has high stiffness in the entire device and is easy to install.SOLUTION: An anti-bird device 1 for an electric wire to prevent a bird from settling on the electric wire comprises anti-bird means 11 formed at least on the upper surface such that a bird cannot easily settle on the electric wire, an anti-bird lateral body 10 laterally bridging approximately parallel to an electric wire 2, circular suspension bodies 20 a plurality of which is provided under the anti-bird lateral body 10 and that insert the electric wire 2 into an openable and closable circular structure to suspend the entire device on the electric wire 2, a balance pyramid 30 for bringing balance such that the anti-bird lateral body 10 is positioned upward when the body 10 is suspended on the electric wire.
