The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a Spergularia marina extract, and more specifically, to a cosmetic composition which comprises an ethanol extract of Spergularia marina, which is one of halophyte, and which has an antioxidative component and an antimicrobial function. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition characterized by comprising a Spergularia marina extract.
