This urine pack holder 1 comprises: fastening arms 2 and 2 capable of being fastened on the seating face 91 of a wheel chair 90； a frame body 3 constituted integrally with the fastening arms 2 and 2 and arranged below the seating face 91 of the wheel chair 90； and a cover 4 attached to cover the frame body 3.
