PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest cover for a wheelchair which is easy to attach and detach and unlikely to slip off a footrest of a wheelchair.SOLUTION: The footrest cover 8 covers the footrest 12 of the wheelchair 1, and includes: a cover body having an opening 86 for inserting the footrest 12 therethrough, and a pair of opposite flat surfaces and a pair of locking straps 87 each having one end fixed to an end 81d of the opening 86 of one flat surface 81, and the other end locked to the other flat surface 83 to close the opening 86.
