The present invention relates to a novel use of a therapeutic agent for prostatic hyperplasia, silodosin. According to the present invention, it has verified that silodosin, which is a known therapeutic agent for prostatic hyperplasia, has an effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease as well.
