PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a X-ray imaging apparatus for easily and precisely configuring a long imaging area by an operator during imaging the long size.SOLUTION: A X-ray imaging apparatus includes a X-ray tube 2 and a X-ray detector 3 opposed with a top board 1 between them. The X-ray tube is supported by a X-ray tube moving mechanism 6 and it swings during imaging the long size. The X-ray detector 3 is supported by the X-ray detector moving mechanism 7 and it moves parallel to the top board in accordance with the swinging movement of the X-ray tube. The X-ray tube and the X-ray detector are moved in the moving area in accordance with the long imaging area of a subject, and X-ray is radiated from the X-ray tube to the subject at a plurality of imaging positions during that time, and a plurality of continuous X-ray images are obtained, and the long X-ray image is formed of these X-ray images. One end of the long imaging area is configured by hand, and the positions of the other end of the long imaging area and both ends of the moving area of the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector in accordance with the long imaging area are automatically configured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】長尺撮影時に、操作者が長尺撮影範囲の設定を簡単かつ的確に行えるようにする。【解決手段】天板1を挟んで対向配置されたX線管2およびX線検出器3を備える。X線管は、X線管移動機構6によって支持され、長尺撮影の間に首振り運動する。X線検出器3は、X線検出器移動機構7によって支持され、X線管の首振り運動に追従して天板に対して平行移動する。X線管およびX線検出器が、被検者の長尺撮影範囲に対応する移動範囲内で動かされ、その間に複数の撮影位置においてX線管から被検者に対してX線が照射され、連続した複数のX線画像が取得され、それらのX線画像から長尺X線画像が生成される。長尺撮影範囲の一端が手動によって設定されると、長尺撮影範囲の他端と、長尺撮影範囲に対応するX線管およびX線検出器の移動範囲の両端の位置が自動的に設定される。【選択図】図1
