PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed-proof greening sheet which allows only the growth of target introduced seeds while inhibiting growth of flying seeds and buried seeds in slopes or bare grounds, and has effect of weed resistance, greening and moreover prevention of the ground surface from erosion over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The weed-proof greening sheet 1 has a structure where a primary layer 2 made of water-repellent staple-fiber nonwoven fabric, a secondary layer 3 made of water-permeable and water-holding long-fiber nonwoven fabric, and the introduced seeds 7 held between the primary layer 2 and the secondary layer 3 are integrated. The primary layer 2 is structured so as to inhibit developed roots of the flying seeds 10 from passing through and allow developed roots of the introduced seeds 7 to pass through.
