The present invention relates to a three-stage carrier in which a product is loaded therein, and the product is transferred to an irradiation chamber by a transferring means and treated by gamma rays emitted by multiple gamma ray sources installed in a ray source rack. The present invention provides the three-stage carrier for gamma ray irradiation treatment including a central container formed on the center of the three-stage carrier, an upper container formed in the upper side of the central container, and a lower container formed in the lower side of the central container； and a gamma ray irradiation treatment method using the three-stage carrier. The upper, central, and the lower containers are partitioned by partitions. The height of the three-stage carrier is higher than the height of the ray source rack. The height of the central container is higher than the upper and lower containers. According to the present invention, a ray source overlap and a product overlap can be applied simultaneously or selectively to the gamma ray irradiation treatment by using the three-stage carrier.
