PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam weeding method capable of weeding a large area at a time efficiently.SOLUTION: The steam weeding method includes: cutting weeds near a ground surface by bush cutting, the weeds growing in a steam weeding range carrying out the cut weed upper parts from the steam weeding range arranging a steam hose connected with a steam pipe and a sheet covering the steam weeding range in the steam weeding range and covering the steam weeding range and the steam hose with the sheet arranging a linear weight on an upper face of the spread sheet, enclosing the steam weeding range with the weight and forming a weeding space supplying steam to the steam hose and injecting the steam from a steam injection hole formed in the steam hose into the weeding space, filling the weeding space with the steam, and applying the steam to the weeds in the weeding space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
