The present invention relates to equipment for health which is composed of a cylindrical rotating body, a vertical moving device and a horizontal moving device. The vertical moving device allows the cylindrical rotating body to downwardly descend while generally maintaining a horizontal state based on gravity. Also, the horizontal moving device generally moves the cylindrical rotating body parallel to the ground by using a power such as a motor, thereby rolling over a body of a user so as to perform a massage function. Additionally, a surface of the roller is provided with unevenness so as to have an effect of acupressure. Also, the device can be mounted on a bed.
