PURPOSE: A cultivation method of a pine mushroom is provided to enable mass production of the pine mushroom by removing elements which inhibits growth of mycelium.CONSTITUTION: A medium is produced mixing 0.8 kg of soil aroung pine tree, 0.6 kg of white clay, 0.2 kg of leaf mold, 0.2 kg of gravel, and 0.1 kg of barley compost. Pine mushroom mycelium is injected into the medium and the medium is cultured until the medium is covered with white mycelium maintaining interior temperature within 15-25 degreeC. A part with thickness of film and the medium thicker than 2 centimeter is removed when color of surface gets brown from yellow forming film along with hardening of the medium by increasing the interior temperature by 2-6 degree C but lower than 28 degreeC. The center of the medium is removed and cultured in an airtight container maintaining 19-28 degree C. The medium with the mycelium is removed from the airtight container.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013배지에 송이버섯균을 접종해서 실내온도를 15~25℃로 유지하고 배지가 백색의 균사로 뒤덮힐때까지 배양하여 배지표면의 색깔이 황색에서 연갈색이 되고 피막이 형성된 시점에서 그 피막과 배지전체의 표면이 두터운 요소부분을 제거하고 중심부를 꺼내어 송이버섯의 원균으로 하여 배양하여 송이버섯을 얻는다
